Blais and Charron earn Top 5 Agents in Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Commercial Network

Londonderry, NH According to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Verani Realty’s commercial division senior advisors Michael Charron and Joan Blais have been recognized for their outstanding achievement within the Berkshire Hathaway national network of real estate agents for 2019.

Both Verani Commercial real estate professionals achieved a spot in the “Top 5 Agents in the Network” (a network of 2,400+/- commercial professionals) based on their Commercial GCI. Charron finished the year in the number 3 spot and Blais finished as the 5th highest producer in the network.

Prior to joining Verani Realty, Blais owned and operated a real estate firm in Florida for many years. Charron was a certified real estate appraiser before focusing his energies on large multi-family investment sales. His experience and expertise at uncovering value for his clients positioned him nicely to be a top producer in a crowded investment sales arena.
