BisMarc and Joseph W. Accetta & Associates complete two leases
Brenda Marchwicki of BisMarc Properties, LLC and Joseph Accetta of Joseph W. Accetta & Associates leased 215 Jefferson Blvd. The lessor is Jefferson Colorado, LLC and the lessee is Excel Tire Guage, LLC.
The 19,226 s/f industrial building was built in 1978 and is located at the corner of Jefferson Blvd. and Colorado Ave. It is 100% air conditioned and sprinklered.
Stephen Spirito of ReMax Professionals Commercial Division represented Excel Tire.
In another transaction, 1000 Sandy Ln., Warwick has been leased. The lessor is Bowen Investments, LLC and the lessee is William Dreier.
This property was a former donut drive through, the lessee plans a drive through sandwich shop.
