Billipp of The Kane Co. sells 20 acres of industrial land - $1.35m

20 acres of industrial land with a 12,000 s/f building at 354 Rte.108 were purchased from Gator Rock, LLC. The buyer plans to open a tire store at that location in 2008. Peter Billipp of The Kane Company represented the seller and also procured a buyer in the $1.35 million transaction "The buyer already has a number of stores in the area and I felt this location would complement the rest of his portfolio, so I introduced him to the site and he was very pleased," said Billipp. "Its going to be a very good location for him." Kane has offices in N.H., southern Maine and northern Mass.
