Bierbrier Development adds four urgent care tenants totaling 14,748 s/f

Lexington, MA According to Bierbrier Development, a Lexington-based developer of service/convenience shopping centers in eastern Mass., four urgent care tenants joined its tenant roster. The leasing of shopping center space by medical providers has become a growing trend in retail real estate, providing convenience and cost savings to customers in dense trade areas, such as served by the Bierbrier portfolio, complementing its wellness themed national and regional merchants.

Urgent care tenants now open in Bierbrier centers include: Partners Urgent Care in 3,407 s/f at Needham Street Village Shops, Newton, Mass.; Med Express Urgent Care  in 4,802 s/f at Walgreens Plaza, Haverhill, Mass.; and Doctors Express in 4,006 s/f at Arlington Village Shops, Arlington, Mass. Physician One Urgent Care, is now under construction in 2,533 s/f at Wellington Circle Plaza, Medford, Mass., and will open in the fall.
