Bernier named vice president of Stewart Title Guaranty

Stewart Title Guaranty Company has appointed Gary Bernier as vice president, New Hampshire and Maine agency services manager. In this capacity, Bernier will manage Stewart's independent agency network in both states, and continue as the New Hampshire and Maine Underwriting Counsel. Prior to joining Stewart in 2004, Bernier was a partner in a Londonderry law firm and previously served as a special assistant U.S. Attorney. He is an active member of the New England Land Title Association and currently serves on its board of directors. Bernier received his J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law, an M.S. from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a B.A. from Saint Anselm College.
