Bennett R.E. Brokerage sells 1.43 acre site to Triangle Credit Union - $695,000

Robert Bennett of Bennett Real Estate Brokerage has negotiated the $695,000 sale of 1030 Candia Rd. The 1.43 acre parcel had been the site for LRC Towing, which used the land as a vehicle storage facility for many years. Construction has begun on a new Triangle Credit Union banking facility with drive-thru service and inside teller stations. Bennett represented the seller, Peter Nikias. Joan Mekel of Prudential Real Estate represented the buyer.
