The building was built in the early '70s by Edward Roy and has been well maintained since. The property sold at 100% occupancy and has a solid tenant base. According to the Hillsborough County Registry of Deeds, the property sold for $525,000. Bennett represented both the buyer, Harvey and Sharon Waletzko of NYC, and the seller, James and Paula Bennett of Manchester.
