Belsito of O'Brien Commercial Properties, Inc. represents RGK Properties in 1,204 s/f lease at 2352 Main Street
Robert F. Kennedy Children Action Corps and Bright Futures Adoption Agency have leased 1,204 s/f of first class office space at the Concord Office Center at 2352 Main St. The tenant is relocating from Lowell to be in a more centralized location.
Joseph Belsito of O'Brien Commercial Properties, Inc. represented the landlord RGK Properties and procured the tenant directly.
A long term tenant at the property, SRS Technologies, has also executed a new lease for a significant expansion into 3,014 s/f.
