Falmouth, MA The Business Exchange (TBX) completed the sale of the British Beer Company (BBC) and The Seaside Inn located at 263-269 Grand Ave. Adam Bauer, principal of TBX, exclusively arranged the sale on behalf of Falmouth Property LLC, to Falmouth Heights Real Estate LLC. The sale consisted of five unique parcels with three buildings totaling 14,000 s/f.
New ownership will rebrand the 4,000 s/f restaurant as “Shipwrecked.” The 23-room Seaside Inn will also be re-branded as “The Heights Hotel’’ offering boutique waterfront rooms. Financing for the acquisition was arranged by Barbara Arena from Granite State Development and Michael Healy from South Shore Bank.
Randolph, MA Sterling Trust has sold its Sterling Plaza neighborhood retail site located at 45 Mazzeo Dr. to The Shops at Randolph, LLC. The property is home to several restaurants, including the West End Grill, The Well, Outback Steakhouse and It’s Game Time Sportsbar.
