Basile of Lila Delman sells William Douglas House for $1.71 million

Providence, RI Lila Delman Real Estate has sold the ‘William Douglas House’, 6 Olive St., on the East Side for $1.71 million. Stephanie Basile, Lila Delman sales associate, represented the buyer. 

The ‘William Douglas House’ is a Greek Revival home originally built in 1852. The elegant interior offers eight bedrooms and five and two half-bathrooms across 6,189 s/f of living space. 

Key features include a gourmet kitchen, a large formal living room, a brick-terraced backyard, and updated systems throughout. Set on College Hill, the home is close to Brown University, RISD, and area’s best cultural attractions.

According to data maintained by the Rhode Island Statewide MLS, this transaction marks one of the top four home sales on the East Side year-to-date. As a rising leader in the Providence real estate market, Stephanie Basile has participated in two of the East Side’s top ten sales this year.
