Barry of CB Richard Ellis sells 12,056 s/f tire and auto service property - $240,000
Tom Barry, vice president of CB Richard Ellis|New England|Industrial Brokerage sold a 12,056 s/f two level concrete building at 21 Division St. to Gary Reis.
The 1.26 acre site was sold for $240,000 by the Trustees of J&J Woonsocket Real Estate Trust. The tire and auto service garage building was occupied by Tire Pros. The property contains showroom space, five drive-in doors and five service bays, loading and warehouse storage and a 40' pylon sign.
