Barry of CB Richard Ellis/NE sells 24,900 s/f industrial building - $600,000

Thomas Barry, vice president of CB Richard Ellis/New England sold a 24,900 s/f industrial building located at 50 Division St. for $600,000. The seller was W.K.T. Corp. and the buyer was MTA Realty and Investment LLC. The concrete block building is located off of exit 7 of I-95 at the corner of Water and Division Sts. The commercial general zoned building offers showroom space, 3,000 s/f of office space, a mezzanine area and warehouse space with 16' clear ceiling height, 3 drive-in and 1 interior dock-height doors. There is also an outside storage area. The facility is located on 1.14 acres and was built in 1974 and the membrane roof was replaced in 2008. The floor is 12" reinforced concrete slab.
