Thomas Barry, vice president of CB Richard Ellis/New England | Industrial Brokerage, leased 60,264 s/f of industrial space at 1280 Jefferson Blvd. to Maley Laser Processing, Inc.
The building, located on a 1.88 acre site, is near I-95 and T.F. Green Airport. Built in 1971, the concrete block facility, has 19 foot ceilings, 3 loading docks, and includes 8,640 s/f of office space.
The landlord is Interplex Metals, R.I. Inc.
