Tom Barry, Charlie Francis and Mike Wall of CB Richard Ellis|New England sold a 339,764 s/f industrial property at 400-430 Pine St. for $2.2 million. The site is located in Central Falls and Pawtucket.
The seller was Alan Shine, receiver of Paramount Cards, Inc. The buyer is Urban Smart Growth, LLC.
The property is comprised of a 1.75 acre vacant site at the corner of Pine and Congress Sts. and an 8.26 acre parcel which includes;
* 400 Pine St.-three-story office/warehouse/manufacturing building
* 420 Pine St.-four-story office/warehouse/manufacturing building
* 430 Pine St.-one-story office/warehouse/garage building.
