Barnes of Sea Watch Realty sells 331 State Road Plaza for $4.425m
Sea Watch Realty, Inc. recently sold the 30,000 s/f retail plaza located at 331 State Rd. (Rte. 6). The property, also known as The Smiths Mills Shops, was sold to The Kempner Corporation of White Plains, N.Y. Rick Barnes of Sea Watch Realty represented the seller and procured the buyer.
The retail property was originally built in 1980. It was acquired by Joseph Delgado in 1999 and substantially redeveloped in 2000 and 2001. The property is now 100% leased to multiple tenants. The sale price of the property was $4.425 million.
