Barnacle promoted to co-manager of Residential Properties office

Residential Properties Ltd. has promoted Ian Barnacle to co-manager of the Barrington office. Barnacle has three years of real estate experience. After receiving his real estate license in 2008, Ian worked as a broker associate at the Residential Properties Ltd. Providence office. Barnacle has served on the board at Wheeler School and is the president of the Fox Point Neighborhood Association. He graduated from Hampshire College with a bachelor of arts in English and Photography. He is well aware of the Real Estate industry having learned the business through his mother, Sally Lapides, co-founder and owner of the company. "We're excited to have Ian step into a management position in the company," said Libby Isaacson, COO of Residential Props.
