Barker of Boston Real Estate Advisors sells 26,000 s/f property - $13.2 million
700 Providence Highway recently sold for $13.2 million. 700 Providence Highway Realty Trust sold the property to Elm Chester, LLC. Craig Barker of Boston Real Estate Advisors was the sole broker in the transaction.
700 Providence Highway consists of a single story 26,000 s/f building situated on 6.77 acres. The property is currently leased to Argonaut Holdings, Inc., a subsidiary of General Motors Corporation and utilized as an automobile dealership. The buyer operates Cadillac Village of Norwood on the property.
