Barker of Boston Real Estate Advisors arranges 46,533 s/f lease
Boston Real Estate Advisors completed the signing of a long-term lease by Monkey Sports of 46,533 s/f at 30 Manchester Rd.
Craig Barker of Boston Real Estate Advisors represented the tenant, Monkey Sports in the negotiation. Monkey Sports will use 30,000 s/f of the leased space as retail space with the balance being used as warehouse/shipping area.
MonkeySports is a retailer in the sporting goods industry, focusing on selling hockey, lacrosse, and baseball/softball equipment.
