Barkan Management Company, Inc. opens Cape Cod office

Barnstable, MA Barkan Management Company, Inc. has opened an office at 3282 Main St. near the courthouse in order to better serve Cape Cod and Greater Plymouth. Under the direction of vice president Jerry Meaney and senior portfolio manager Mike Pasquino, Barkan plans to deliver the same, robust service set to a new marketplace that has already made it the regional leader in stewarding large-scale and luxury condominium communities.

“Whether you’re near the seashore or in an inland location, when Barkan manages your association you’ll benefit by working with an organization with 30+ years of experience managing associations throughout coastal New England and the interior,” said Barkan president Bill DiSchino.  Barkan currently manages thousands of up-scale units for over 100 associations across N.E. and is the first large condominium management company to establish an office on the Cape.

“Jerry and Mike are among the most seasoned and knowledgeable professionals in the field, with exceptional experience in daily operations, governance, finance and capital repair and improvement projects,” DiSchino said. “With the depth and strength of 600+ Barkan employees behind them, they represent special value to any community seeking the very best in condominium living.”

Barkan Management Company, Inc. was founded in 1981 and is New England’s premier manager of community association properties.
