Barkan Management Co. adds The Pierce to management portfolio

Boston, MA Barkan Management Co. has added a full-service management contract for The Pierce Boston Residences to its growing portfolio of towers in the city.

Located at 188 Brookline Ave. in the Fenway area, the 30-story high-rise glass tower with its distinctive “V” shape, is a mixed-use condominium built in 2017. Janet Meaney, senior vice-president of Barkan will partner with the three-member board and oversee the operations of the 109 condominium residences starting January 1st. Among the amenities are 24/7 concierge service, a fitness center, great rooms, a sun deck with a rooftop pool, kitchen/gas fireplace and private sky cabanas, and below ground parking.
