Bank RI provided $1.25 million in financing to 288 Allens Avenue, LLC. 288 Allens Avenue, LLC has acquired the 33,324 s/f one-story building located at 288 Allens Ave. The building is constructed of steel, masonry block and brick with 16' to 18' wall heights. The building is configured as open warehouse space with six private perimeter offices and a service area. Upon completed renovations, the building will have up-to-date infrastructure, industrial ceiling heights and be located in a prime location for flex/industrial use. Andrew Deluski, VP and senior business lender in the commercial real estate group at Bank RI facilitated the transaction.
