Baldwin of RIBA speaks to State Apprenticeship Council
At a public hearing at the Rhode Island Dept. of Labor and Training facility on September 8th, Rhode Island Builders Association vice president Robert Baldwin urged the State Apprenticeship Council not to raise journeymen-to-apprentice ratios for unlicensed trades.
