Bacon and Farley of SVN|Masiello complete 33,600 s/f lease
Londonderry, NH SVN | Masiello has completed a lease at 55 Wentworth Ave. The facility contains 28,200 s/f of high bay warehouse space and 5,400 s/f of office space with a full kitchen, restrooms, a shower and conference room.
Matthew Bacon and Cassandra Farley of SVN Masiello Commercial represented the tenant. The landlord was represented by Dan Scanlon and Vickie Zgonis of Colliers International.
