Babat of Butler Realty sells 1,696 s/f
Robert Babat of Butler Realty Group sold 7293 Post Rd. for $345,000 to Dr. Jeffrey Smith for a chiropractic practice.
Donald and Betsy Wisehart sold the 1,696 s/f building and are relocating their accounting firm, Wisehart & Assoc.
Babat represented both parties.
