Robert Babat of Butler Realty Group sold 3 buildings totaling 5,296 s/f at 323 Main St. for $430,000.
The sellers were Peter and Lois Taudvin and the buyers were Scott Lutes and Gerald Griffin.
Babat represented the sellers and Tony Lombardi of Randall Realtors represented the buyers.
The property includes Phils Restaurant (2,266 s/f), Hera Gallery (1,766 s/f) and Kiddie Korner (1,254 s/f).
The new owners will renovate the property and keep Phils Restaurant and Hera Gallery as tenants.
Babat received multiple offers on the property which was sold in less than 60 days.
