Robert Babat of Butler Realty Group represented the seller, Ernie and Carol Cormier and the buyer, Silvestri Leasing Co., for the sale of 51 Worthington Rd. Ocean State Tire will be operating their truck tire service at the site. The property has 19,450 s/f of warehouse and manufacturing space on one level with 2,500 s/f of office space on the upper level. The building is located on 1 acre in the Pettaconsett Industrial Park, off of Rte. 37, and has 800/1200 amp svc 3 phase power, highway access, visibility and is fully air conditioned. The sale took place on Dec. 30 at a sale price of $1.125 million.
