Babat of Butler Realty Group leases 5,200 s/f restaurant
Robert Babat of Butler Realty Group arranged the of 8220 Post Rd. in the village of Wickford to Palomares, Inc., dba El Tapatio Mexican Family Restaurant. The former tenanat was Bay Leaves Restaurant, Angora Group.
The lease is for 5 years with an option.
The restaurant has a full liquor license, patio service, wood/gas stone oven and the structure has a southwestern design.
The real estate has 5,200 s/f including private offices on the upper floor.
