Babat of Butler Realty Group leases 1,500 s/f
Robert Babat of Butler Realty Group leased 1,500 s/f at 355 Compass Circle, unit 9, to Becker Business Consulting.
Andrew Galvin of CB Richard Ellis co-brokered.
The landlord is KIWI Industries.
Becker, a clean energy consultant, relocated to the new space for access to Quonset Point/Davisville Industrial Park.
