Lowell, MA B+E, the first brokerage and technology platform for net lease real estate, completed the sale of the Domino’s Pizza property located at 374 Chelmsford St. for $2 million.
The buyer is Prescott White and the seller is Geoff Schembechler. There are 10 years remaining on the lease.
“96% of Domino’s are operated by franchisees. This property was operated by a franchisee who has been in business since 1996 and has accumulated 24 locations in total.” said Nolan Johnson of B+E.
“While free standing Domino’s are rare -- especially ones with a drive-thru -- this is one of three nearly identical Domino’s locations on the market that I am actively selling.”
Hyannis, MA The Landing at Hyannis continues its transformation with three new businesses joining its roster of retail and dining options. These brands, making their debut on Cape Cod, include fashion retailer Nordstrom Rack, physician-owned medical spa SkinMD, and eyewear retailer Warby Parker.
