at 1035 Cambridge St. - owned by Fairlane Columbia, LLC Grill and Brown of Fairlane Props. completes 12,200 s/f in six leases

Fairlane Properties, Inc. completed the leasing of 12,200 s/f at 1035 Cambridge St. to DropWise Technologies Corp., Just-A-Start Corporation, Laborers Union Local 151, Relay Rides, CodeBeast, LLC and Biosero. DropWise Technologies was represented by Joe Pearce of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank. Michael Grill and Hillary Brown of Fairlane Properties represented the landlord, Fairlane Columbia, LLC on all of the lease transactions. DropWise Technologies joins Factor Bioscience as 1035's second biotech company and fourth biotech-related company. Laborers Union Local 151 is relocating from Kendall Sq. and represents about 1,000 union laborers. CodeBeast provides premium contracting services for the games industry. Biosero, another biotech-related company, is a San Diego-based automation systems provider for life science laboratories. Two of these companies have expanded in 1035 Cambridge St. Just-A-Start is a multi-service agency, providing affordable housing, workforce development and educational programming. Relay Rides is a peer-to-peer carsharing marketplace and while based in San Francisco has maintained a significant engineering presence at 1035 Cambridge St. since 2010. 1035 Cambridge St. is also home to Geek Offices with some of the most affordable and flexible coworking office space in Cambridge with 7,025 s/f and 20 companies. 1035 Cambridge Street - Cambridge, MA
