ASM co-sponsors Client Institute for construction professionals

Waltham, MA Along with the Associated General Contractors of MA (AGC-MA) and NAIOP Boston, ASM is a co-sponsor of the Client Institute, which delivers strategies and insights for construction professionals, owners, and designers seeking to improve design and construction projects. The program will be delivered over two half-day programs in Waltham (March 31) and Boston (April 28). The March 31 session will focus on innovation and managing teams, while the April 28 session will cover project costs, profitability, and quality.

Attendees will learn: • Cutting-edge concepts and practical specifics • Action plans to use on construction projects • Lessons learned from various industry sectors, including corporate real estate, higher education, healthcare, and government.
