Aron of MetroWest Comm'l handles 9,000 s/f lease for Tile Plus More

Marlene Aron, formerly of Investment Property Specialists, Inc. (IPS, Inc.), was the sole broker involved in the 9,000 s/f lease to Tile Plus More at 309 Worcester St. The freestanding building has been a furniture showroom for over 26 years. Tiles Plus More is relocating from its Framingham site of 17 years. Aron said, " The move will place Tiles Plus More in a more visible location and offer clients a better floor plan to view the products and services offered." Aron who sold IPS, Inc. in January 2007 has recently joined MetroWest Commercial Real Estate (MWCRE) in Southborough, Mass. MWCRE is owned by Eric Brosler, who she has worked with for over 20 years, previously at IPS, Inc.
