Auburn, ME KeyPoint Partners, LLC (KPP) has negotiated the sale of a free-standing Walgreens at 61 Union St. KPP VP of investment sales Jonathan Aron represented the seller. The sale price was not disclosed.
Built in 1997 as a Rite Aid, this 11,180 s/f, active, established drugstore was recently purchased by Walgreens, who has extended the lease until 2027. The 1.79 acre site is positioned near the city’s central business district, 35 miles north of Portland.
“61 Union St. is a high-quality property located in Auburn’s busy retail node,” Aron said. “It represents an excellent asset for the new owner.”
