East Matunuck, RI Lila Delman Real Estate sold 18 East Pointe Court for $1.225 million. Gregory Arakelian, Lila Delman commercial director and sales associate, represented the seller and facilitated for the buyer.

According to data maintained by the Rhode Island Statewide MLS, this transaction marks South Kingstown’s highest condo sale ever. The sale of 18 East Pointe Court also marks the highest sale ever within the Pointe Beach Houses development.*

“Properties located in Southern Rhode Island, where pleasant aspects of coastal country life can be enjoyed, continue to be a rewarding investment,” said Arakelian. “Illustrated by this sale and the current climate, where stocks fall short, a tangible asset pays dividends in quality of life.”

Located within the Pointe Beach House Community, sited between East Matunuck Beach and Matunuck Oyster Bar, Residence 18 is the one of the premier units within the desirable coastal development. The freestanding condo unit sits at the apex of the development’s Southern most peninsula, yielding the sunrises, sunsets and 180-degree unobstructed of the Atlantic Ocean. Measuring 1,750 s/f, the home features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a pneumatic two-person elevator and outdoor entertaining space.
