Angel of Angel Commercial LLC completes 6,561 s/f lease to American Institute of Healthcare and Technology

Stratford, CT Jon Angel, president of Southport-based Angel Commercial LLC, completed a long term lease of 6,561 s/f of office space at 480 Lordship Blvd. American Institute of Healthcare and Technology (AIHT) has leased the remaining space bringing the building to 100% occupancy.

In 2012, AIHT opened its first Connecticut location on Long Beach Blvd., where they offer vocational training specializing in healthcare and technology. The school has continued to grow since opening and will be relocating to accommodate increasing enrollment.

AIHT offers courses in a variety of medical technician and medical assistant positions, helping people choose or modify their careers in allied healthcare fields, which are forecasted to remain a key source of job growth.

“The property at 480 Lordship Blvd. gives AIHT the room they need now with the opportunity to expand when required and the presence on Lordship Boulevard gives the school greater visibility,” said Angel, who represented both the tenant and the landlord in the lease negotiations.
