Milford, CT Jon Angel, president of Southport-based Angel Commercial, LLC, completed the lease of 10,000 s/f of industrial flex space at 98 Quirk Rd., to Specialty Coating Systems, Inc.

With over 40 years of Parylene engineering and applications expertise, Specialty Coating Systems is a leader in Parylene conformal coating technologies, providing coating services for demanding applications within the medical device, electronics, automotive and military industries. Their worldwide headquarters are located in Indianapolis.

“The building was a perfect fit for Specialty Coating Systems,” said Angel who represented both the tenant and the landlord in this transaction.  “Their parent company, Kisco Ltd. was the former tenant.”  

Angel Commercial is a full-service real estate brokerage firm headquartered in Fairfield County, Connecticut.  The company specializes in the acquisition, disposition and leasing of office, industrial, multi-family and retail properties on a local and national level.
