Fairfield, CT F45, one of the world’s fastest-growing functional training networks, will be opening their first training facility in Connecticut at the Fairfield Shopping Center according to Jon Angel, president of Southport-based Angel Commercial, L.L.C., who represented the tenant and landlord.
Founded in Australia in 2014, F45 Training has since grown to over 750 franchises in 26 countries and is now focused on its stateside expansion. They will be joining Bob’s Store, HobbyTown USA, ZenRide Spinning Studio, Jenny Craig, and others in the Fairfield Shopping Center located at the corner of Rte. 1 and South Benson Rd.
“With close proximity to I-95, the Fairfield Shopping Center is an ideal location for F45,” said Angel. “It is conveniently located, easily accessible and provides abundant parking. There is currently 6,541 s/f available for lease next to F45.”
