Angel Comm'l. brokers $1.825m sale of 60,000 s/f industrial building
466 Lafayette Realty Corporation recently sold 461 Broad St. to 461 Broad Street LLC for $1.825m. A portion of the 60,000 s/f industrial building was leased back to 466 Lafayette Realty Corp. for use as a warehouse distribution center. 461 Borad Street LLC is also occupying a portion of the building and 40,000 s/f is available for lease.
Jon Angel of Angel Commercial, LLC represented both parties in the transaction as well as representing 461 Broad Street LLC as the exclusive leasing agent for the building.
