Anderson of CBRE|New England leases 135,908 s/f at Berkeley Investment's 15 LaSalle Square in Providence: Fallon and Dalton of Cassidy Turley FHO represent tenant, Hasbro, Inc.

Providence RI Hasbro, Inc. and Berkeley Investments have executed a 12-year full building lease for 135,908 s/f of office space at 15 LaSalle Sq. Alden Anderson of CB Richard Ellis - New England, represented Berkeley. Joseph Fallon and Michael Dalton of Cassidy Turley FHO represented Hasbro. The companies first began deal negotiations in May 2011 "Hasbro is an outstanding partner, and the perfect fit for the burgeoning Providence Knowledge District. Berkeley is delighted to ink this deal with such a long-standing and successful company," said Young Park, president of Berkeley. "The site is centrally located and prominently visible. Hasbro is the perfect complement to our recent long-term lease to 38Studios, LLC, Curt Schillings' gaming company, at our One Empire St. property."
