Providence RI Hasbro, Inc. and Berkeley Investments have executed a 12-year full building lease for 135,908 s/f of office space at 15 LaSalle Sq.
Alden Anderson of CB Richard Ellis - New England, represented Berkeley. Joseph Fallon and Michael Dalton of Cassidy Turley FHO represented Hasbro.
The companies first began deal negotiations in May 2011
