Waltham, MA Dakota Partners has appointed Bill Anderson as vice president of corporate finance & accounting.

“We are very excited to have Bill join our organization,” said Dakota principal and CEO, Marc Daigle. “He brings with him deep financial experience, a track record of achievement, and valuable insights into the affordable housing industry. For these reasons, he is the perfect leader to take the helm of our talented finance department and deliver a comprehensive strategic financial vision that will help drive Dakota’s future growth and success.”

In this position, Anderson will take ownership of Dakota’s finance and accounting department, leading a talented team of corporate accountants. Prior to CHA, Anderson spent 20 years in various finance roles in the investment services business across Bank of America and State Street Corp.

Regarding this new venture with Dakota, Anderson says, “I am pleased to have the opportunity to join Dakota’s group of true professionals making a real difference for many people who face fewer choices about where they will live. I look forward to helping Dakota Partners drive the growth of affordable housing in our market area.”
