Amper of Rodman R.E. leases 15,000 s/f whse. to Ring Power
Neil Amper, SIOR of Rodman Real estate has leased 15,000 s/f of warehouse at 101 Circuit Dr. to Ring Power of St. Augustine, Fla. for 3 years. The company has expanded in New England where they provide temporary power for sporting events.
The light industrially zoned property is situated on 2.5 acres and includes 100 parking spaces. The building has 21' ceilings and has drive-in access and a loading dock.
