Amper of Capstone sells 15,700 s/f industrial building for $850,000
East Providence, RI Neil Amper, SIOR, vice president of Capstone Properties has sold a 15,700 s/f industrial building located at 331 N. Broadway to BDG Acquisitions of Canton, Mass. The buyer will use the building for warehouse and engineering.
The seller, John Nickson, ran a printing company from the facility for 25 years.
The selling price was $850,000.
