Amper of Capstone Props. and Barry of CBRE close $1.75 million sale
Neil Amper, SIOR of Capstone Properties and Tom Barry of CB Richard Ellis have sold the former Building 19 Facility located at 625 Narrgansett Park Dr. to VCI Realty.

The 111, 821' building for a warehouse. The asking price was $1.75 million. Barry represented the buyer and Amper represented the seller.
