Amper of Capstone Properties sells convenience store for $475,000
Neil Amper, SIOR, vice president of Capstone Properties has sold a 7/11 convenience store located at 549 Charles St. The owner was W.C. P Associates and the buyer was LGM Associates. Amper leased the property to 7/11 in 2005 and was the sole broker in sale of the property.
Amper also leased 6,000 s/f of flex space located at 110 Byfield St. in Warwick. The lessee was MGF Manufacturing and the owner is SPL Associates. The building is currently 100 % leased.
