Amper of Capstone Properties sells 50,000 s/f building in Providence
Neil Amper, SIOR vice president of Capstone Properties has sold a 50,000 s/f mill building located at 210 West Exchange St. to West X Capital LLC. The building is located near downtown and has Rte. 95 visibility.
Amper has represented the owner Richard Nemrow for 25 years and assisted him in leasing the property during that time.
The asking sale price was $1.75 million.
