Amper of Capstone Properties sells 16,272 s/f for $1 million and leases 5,000 s/f

Smithfield, RI Neil Amper, SIOR, vice president of Capstone Properties has sold a 16,272 s/f  industrial building located at 15 Lark Industrial Dr. The building was formally used as a jewelry factory, and was owned by Lark S & S LLC. The property was sold to Rhode Island Analytical Laboratories, which represents an expansion of their business. 

They were represented by Thomas Sweeney. SIOR owner of Sweeney Real Estate and Appraisal. The sale price was $1 million. 

In another transaction, Amper leased 5,000 s/f of office space located at 333 Centerville Rd. in Warwick to Slocum Real Estate. 

The space is located at the Rte. 95 north ramp and represents an expansion for the real estate and insurance firm. They  made their decision based on its access to the highway and it’s visibility. The property is owned by RBD Properties, which owns multiple investment properties in  R.I.
