Amper of Capstone Properties sells 11,800 s/f office building

capstone-91-friendshipProvidence, RI Neil Amper, SIOR,  vice president of Capstone Properties has sold an 11,800 s/f office building for an undisclosed price.

The five-story brick building was originally designated as the Remington Building and converted to condominiums in 1983. The 6-unit building was assembled and sold to Johnson and Wales University for use as additional offices for their administration.
