Amper of Capstone Properties leases 10,163 s/f
Neil Amper, SIOR vice president of Capstone Properties has leased a 10,163 s/f industrial building located at 288 Lincoln Ave. to Tower Construction.
Tower is a general contractor who does private and public construction. The company intends to consolidate and expand its business.
