Amper of Capstone Properties completes two leases totaling 126,000 s/f
Capstone Properties
East Providence, RI Neil Amper, SIOR, vice president of Capstone Properties has represented Camin Cargo Control in the leasing 6,000 s/f of warehouse space at 66 Commercial Way.
Camin Cargo Control (CCC) has been providing inspection, laboratory testing, and additive treatment services to the petroleum industry for over 30 years. They operate in over 50 locations.
In another transaction, Amper, in cooperation with Anthony Delguyd of Hanna Commercial Real Estate of Cleveland, Ohio, has leased 120,000 s/f of manufacturing space located in Precision Park at 200 Frenchtown Rd. in North Kingstown to Dryvit, a division of RPM International.
Gerry Lavalle of CBRE represented the landlord, Equity Industrial Partners of Needham, Mass.
