Amper of Capstone Properties brokers Dryvit lease renewal and expansion with Delguyd of Hanna Commercial Real Estate
North Kingstown, RI Anthony Delguyd of Hanna Commercial Real Estate in Cleveland, Ohio and Neil Amper, SIOR of Capstone Properties represented Dryvit Inc. in renewing it’s original 121,445 s/f lease and its expansion into an additional 42,290 s/f located at 200 Frenchtown Rd.
Dryvit, a division of RPM International a NYSE company manufactures an exterior cladding system for commercial and industrial buildings.
